I’m happy to inform you all who saw or shared my post that the stakes are significantly lower now.
I’ve secured my ID+banking+insurance all in once and am now at a friends place for as long as I need until I find permanent housing, I have the nest egg to afford rent for the rest of the year more or less but I’d prefer shared housing with someone LGBT+ and/or on the spectrum. I’ll be spending the rest of this month scouring housing lists to do so, but house listers are incredibly difficult to get a response from

I’m more than fine fulfilling any extra chore you may have for me on top of my workload and if you would prefer a housemate who is reclusive or social I can adapt my personality to suit you free of charge. all I ask for in return is the bedroom in store for me has a desk space to pursue my art/writing/job hunting in. hopefully somewhere in the county I’m insured in!

I’ve secured some kind of safety net for the end of this month and the start of next month, I have this place for 3 nights and a local friend holding me their place for a week afterwards, after that (plane liftoff noises) I don’t know, it literally all depends on if the housing and government resources get back to me so I can start a bank account with a more permanent room already and get my VERY SET AND PLANNED OUT life started. I’ll be staying in touch with the peer support groups I’ve gotten in touch with (thank you for that!!!) who have called my dilemma a “labyrinthian” “bureaucratic nightmare”
